Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager/Specialist role drives the end-to-end regional marketing engine for ABB Robotics across high-growth markets in South Asia, India, and MEA region. Acting as the critical strategic bridge between Global Marketing Strategy and Local Sales Execution, the position leads market awareness, campaign localization, marketing automation, lead generation, and sales enablement.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, market priorities, and customer segments across the SOMA region. Lead end-to-end planning, localization, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, including experience in B2B technology, industrial automation, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing regional marketing strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, marketing automation, and lead nurturing programs.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, lead management, pipeline tracking, and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience supporting product launches, sales enablement initiatives, channel partner marketing, and customer engagement programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and regional teams.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technologies, or related technical industries is highly desirable.
