Role Overview
The Partner Manager DG is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of advertising partners across agency and/or direct advertiser relationships, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and qualification to fuel the Demand Gen function.
What You Will Do
Manage a portfolio of new and existing digital advertising partners, execute targeted outbound prospecting, use BANT qualification frameworks, retain and grow revenue, and track, analyze, and report on key advertising and business metrics.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management
- Experience managing client, customer, or partner relationships in a performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and performance marketing concepts
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metric-oriented environment
- Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and insights to inform decisions and recommendations
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage accounts, pipelines, and reporting
- Hands-on experience managing or analyzing campaigns on online advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, X)
- Experience working with advertising agencies (AGY) or managing direct advertiser portfolios (DIR)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, funnel strategy, attribution models, and media KPIs
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales, growth, or retention targets
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and insight-generation skills
- Experience leading virtual or in-person consultative conversations
- Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (role- and market-dependent)
