Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will support the systems, processes, analytics, and reporting that enable the commercial team to operate effectively. This role will serve as the business unit’s primary Salesforce expert, support sales reporting and dashboarding, lead commercial inputs into the SIOP process, support quarterly business reviews, assist with pricing analysis, and help drive adoption of SAP Cloud Commerce.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salesforce support and sales process discipline, sales reporting and analytics, SIOP commercial inputs, quarterly business reviews and operating cadence, SAP Cloud Commerce support, pricing and margin analysis, and commercial data governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business analytics, pricing analysis, sales enablement, or a related role.
• Strong Salesforce experience required; experience as a Salesforce power user, administrator, trainer, or reporting owner preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, IDM, SAP, or other reporting / ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, SIOP, business reviews, or pricing analysis preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, IT, and business leadership.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial business environment.
