Role Overview
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will lead the transformation of GTM Operations functions, overseeing the opportunity lifecycle, and designing a commercial operations function that can handle volume, enable deal velocity, and drive value.
What You Will Do
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will own the opportunity lifecycle, design and envision the systems vision, enablement and adoption across GTM, build the central librarian function, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related professional discipline
- Solid experience, minimum of 7 years, in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
- Hands-on comfort with CRM/CPQ platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Experience designing or evolving opportunity/pipeline stages, qualification methodology, or deal governance frameworks
- A track record of building enablement or training programs that move adoption, not just tick a compliance box
