Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the Intellectual Property practice, developing and executing comprehensive business development plans, and driving strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, resilient, and results-oriented approach, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Manager will work with Department Chairs and Practice Group Leaders to create and implement strategic business development plans, develop and maintain a rolling pipeline, and provide business development coaching to lawyers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of legal marketing experience
  • Prior law firm experience required
  • Experience supporting Intellectual Property or similar practice groups is strongly preferred
