Role Overview

The Content Marketing Associate is a key contributor responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content across digital platforms and omnichannel campaigns that support surgeon education and commercial growth across BD’s GalaFLEX portfolio.

What You Will Do

Develop polished, audience-centered content for the premium aesthetics market, apply content design principles, support the development of creative briefs, and help implement SEO and AI-era content best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to produce sophisticated, engaging content for premium or luxury markets.
• Curiosity and a learner mindset, motivated to stay at the forefront of content marketing and agency best practices.
• Basic understanding of digital content, SEO, and social media best practices; ability to apply guidance to improve discoverability and performance.
• Highly organized with strong project management fundamentals; able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• Adaptable and nimble—comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability: proactively identifies what is needed, asks the right questions, and follows through to learn the BD way of marketing and get work over the finish line.
