Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will build and deliver a commercially focused account-based marketing strategy to turn customer insight and technical expertise into deeper account penetration, qualified pipeline, and sustainable revenue growth across South America. This role will work across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, leadership, and operations to support priority mining accounts.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will develop and own the regional account-based marketing strategy, select and prioritize target accounts, create plans that map customer operations, stakeholders, challenges, competitors, and decision pathways, and translate mill-liner, crushing, and operational expertise into clear customer value propositions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, five to eight years of marketing experience within complex industrial or corporate environments, and at least three years of experience in mining, mining supply, or the industrial sector in South America.

- proven B2B industrial marketing experience, including account-based marketing management
- demonstrated success in delivering commercial results and putting an account-based marketing strategy into practice
- experience developing case studies, solution marketing, value propositions, and product positioning, as well as leading regional go-to-market activity
- proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, supported by strong knowledge of market intelligence, account planning, campaign management, and customer communications
