Role Overview

The Business Development Representative will add long term value by creating new sources of revenue, prospecting for new clients, customers, and markets for pump shop service contracts, and fiber and steel rod products, maintaining relations to transition new accounts to long term clients.

What You Will Do

Responsible for identifying and leading expansion in new markets, creating sales reports, conducting market and competitor analysis, and generating interest and sales leads for ELS.

Requirements

  • Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals
  • Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals
  • Complete, and actively participate in all the company’s safety training requirements
  • Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company insurance policy
  • Minimum 2 years of oil oilfield or related industry experience
  • Minimum 5 experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
  • Excellent negotiation skills with proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
  • Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite and ERP systems
