Role Overview
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital growth in the DACH market, overseeing the creation of qualified demand and measurable pipeline contributions through performance marketing, SEO/GEO, and web assets.
What You Will Do
You will develop and implement digital marketing strategies for DACH and oversee digital lead generation, from reach to qualified handover to sales. You will analyze the entire funnel and customer journey, identifying where leads come from, which target groups and pages are effective, and where we lose prospects and why.

Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Independently managed and developed digital growth initiatives
- Understanding of performance marketing, SEO, GEO, website, conversion optimization, and marketing automation
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong implementation skills
- Ability to critically evaluate potential and priorities
- Experience in managing external partners and building knowledge, processes, or standards
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and new digital technologies
