Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview

The Commvault marketing team is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support the execution of digital and field activities in region including email operations, program management, and overseeing alignment with the broader business initiatives to drive pipeline.

What You Will Do

Manage and execute requests from cross-functional digital marketing teams, including the development of event programs, nurture campaign execution, and digital tactics.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing organization, experience with Marketing campaigns, and 3+ years of experience using a Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo Certified Expert preferred).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing organization
• Experience with Marketing campaigns, ideally from a database marketing or marketing operations perspective
• 3+ years of experience using a Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo Certified Expert preferred)
• Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• CRM experience with SalesForce and SFDC dashboards
• Ability to present management analytics and reports, interpret their results and make recommendations for improvement/change
• Ability to multi-task and manage the execution of several projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and quickly adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to communicate best practices effectively
• Self-motivated professional who operates well in an empowered, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, reporting and interpersonal skills
• Experienced with Power BI dashboard creation and design
• Ability to interpret AI-generated insights and apply them in decision-making processes
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt as AI technologies evolve
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency
