Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (C1) and English (C1)
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales, customer success, or account management teams within a B2B environment
• Proven track record of consistently delivering team revenue growth and performance targets
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
• Ability to influence teams and drive accountability through coaching and leadership
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple business objectives simultaneously
• Willingness to work on-site in Athens, Greece
