Role Overview
The role of a Junior Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business operations and financial performance initiatives. This role serves as a key analytical partner to stakeholders across multiple teams, utilizing advanced Excel, AI tools, and reporting platforms to develop actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Collect, validate, enter, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at varying organizational levels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent and comfortable using AI tools and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
