Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to analyze, structure, and evolve data exchange flows within the company and with its partners.

What You Will Do

Analyze and model data flows between producing and consuming applications, collect and analyze user needs, and document existing data flows and objects.

Requirements

• Mastery of UML modeling, including class, activity, sequence, and use case diagrams
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query, and SQL, including MS SQL
• Good understanding of BPMN and business processes
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design
• Knowledge of data transfer protocols such as HTTP and FTP
• Good mastery of XML, XSD, JSON, and data transformations
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA), queuing mechanisms, and web services SOAP and REST
• Knowledge of tools such as Git, VS Studio, Postman, Bruno UI, and SOAP UI
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, Scrum, and Kanban
• Good mastery of office tools, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Good understanding of computer systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ease of communication with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation
• Knowledge of Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience in the transportation sector is a plus, but not required
• Analytical, conceptual, and global thinking
• Autonomy in organizing and documenting work
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Proactivity and initiative
• Resistance to stress
• Sense of confidentiality and respect for deontology rules
• Client-oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Dutch or French, with good mastery of English
