Senior Financial Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Operations Analyst will partner with Account Management, Product, Finance, Technology, and corporate teams to support the growth of Expedia Group’s B2B business. The role will involve participating in recurring pipeline reviews, monitoring progress, and reporting status. The analyst will also support new partner onboarding, identify and communicate partner implementation risks, and lead the monthly accruals process.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include participating in pipeline reviews, supporting new partner onboarding, identifying and communicating partner implementation risks, leading the monthly accruals process, preparing monthly payment and partner marketing fee reporting packages, analyzing financial results, and managing the processing of marketing fund invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.
• Three or more years of professional Accounting, Finance, or Audit experience.
• Experience building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment while maintaining focus on business goals and objectives.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
