Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping generate new business opportunities and playing a key role in our company’s growth.

You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, discovery, and qualification, as well as scheduling high-quality qualified meetings for BDRs and maintaining a strong show rate.

Requirements

• +1 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role — fintech, SaaS, or B2B services strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking quotas.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outbound sequences (email + phone + LinkedIn).
• Solid working knowledge of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT and SPIN.
• Experience using a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and report on activity.
• Technical skills: CRM Proficiency: HubSpot or Salesforce — pipeline management, activity logging, and reporting.
