Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon for the Australian market of a well-established clinical skincare brand.
What You Will Do
You will own the strategy as well as the management, identifying gaps in funnel mix, retargeting, and upper and lower funnel balance, and directing what needs to change.

Requirements
- Proven hands-on Meta and Facebook ads experience
- Experience managing paid media in-house at an e-commerce brand of similar scale and spend level
- Comfortable owning paid media strategy end to end including diagnosing gaps, setting direction, and executing changes independently
- Data-driven and growth-minded with the ability to pick up a new market and brand quickly
- Experience managing significant ad budgets with clear accountability for performance outcomes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
