Manager, Customer Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Customer Operations will be responsible for championing the voice of the customer, developing and fostering customer relationships, and providing leadership to the Customer Operations Team. The role will involve working with the Site Leadership team to instill customer advocacy within the facility, representing Integer and the site to the customer and Sales, and developing and managing sales goals for Factory Direct Customers.

What You Will Do

The Manager, Customer Operations will be responsible for executing quotation process for Repeat and Standard Products, supporting Strategic Product family group for New Product quotations, and providing leadership to Customer Operations Team members. The role will also involve working with facility personnel to meet customer requests, coordinating with Customer Operations at other facilities to develop cross-facility sales opportunities, and ensuring adherence to all ISO Certification requirements.
