Role Overview

The Director of Business Development will be the operational engine behind our partnership growth, owning systems, conference programs, and executive materials to make the business development team effective. The role requires a disciplined operation and wants work measured by business achievements.

What You Will Do

The core responsibilities include owning HubSpot, keeping the pipeline and forecast accurate, running industry conferences, building proposals and research, and contributing to pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in business development, sales operations, or partnerships
  • Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience: pipeline management, workflows, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
  • Demonstrated hands-on ownership of trade show and conference logistics, including budgets, shipping, and on-site execution
  • A growth-accountable mindset
  • Executive presence and polish
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • The maturity to operate independently in a fast-paced environment without daily direction
  • Travel, loyalty, or membership industry background preferred
  • Adjacent financial services, fintech, or consumer loyalty experience also valued
