Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing will drive qualified pipeline growth through disciplined account-based marketing and performance-driven demand programs. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for executing and optimizing our ABM and digital demand strategy across defined ICPs and priority accounts.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will oversee paid media performance, ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, continuously tested, and optimized for measurable impact. This role will also lead A/B testing across ads, landing pages, website experiences, and funnels, and monitor and cross-reference multi-channel performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of demand generation or performance marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing B2B ABM programs
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta campaign strategy
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO
  • Experience working in HubSpot, Salesforce, and an ABM platform (Propensity preferred)
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members (required)
  • Background in SaaS or technology environments (required)
  • Automotive industry experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance optimization
  • A proactive leader with a strong team-first mindset
  • Positive, accountable, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Ability to travel within the USA and Canada up to 10% of the time to attend conferences, Head Office visits, and occasional leadership meetings
