Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in Pluxee’s decentralized Data Hub & Spoke model, supporting decision-making and strategic insight generation across multiple countries.

What You Will Do

Transform data into actionable intelligence to improve operational performance, support business growth, and advance our understanding of clients, consumers, and merchants across Pluxee’s B2B2C ecosystem.

Why It Might Be a Fit

A university degree in Engineering, Technology, or Information Systems, minimum 2 years in a similar role, and strong expertise in SQL and database optimization are required.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Technology, or Information Systems
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English
• Strong expertise in SQL and database optimization
• Experience managing Python programming
• Expertise with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience with data storytelling and communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with hybrid data architectures (on-prem/cloud) is a plus
