Finance Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for teams involved in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and billing data across multiple systems.

What You Will Do

Track and support the end-to-end deal flow, ensure billing data integrity throughout the Order to Cash process across Salesforce, Billing Platform, and NetSuite. Perform manual billing calculations for unsupported contractual terms using dedicated BI reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Tech-oriented, with strong attention to detail and experience collaborating with Development, Product, Analytics, and other technical teams.
• Experience in the high-tech or start-up industry (strong advantage).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused, with the ability to think creatively and take initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Familiarity with legal and contractual terminology.
• Experience working with Salesforce and NetSuite is a strong advantage.
