AI Automation Engineer

Role Overview

The AI Automation Engineer will take end-to-end ownership of AI-enabled employee services, from working with domain experts to designing, building, and evaluating solutions in production. The role requires strong system-design skills, experience delivering reliable and scalable applications, and practical experience with production LLM applications.

What You Will Do

The AI Automation Engineer will partner with business and technical teams to understand workflows, constraints, and desired outcomes, and will design and build production-ready AI applications using suitable patterns. The role also involves integrating AI-enabled workflows with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and operational processes.
