Finance Operations Associate

Role Overview

As a Finance Operations Associate, you’ll work with customers to keep accounts running smoothly and support essential tax processes. No tax experience is required, and you’ll be trained. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.

Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates, resolve missing or incomplete documentation, calculate and process sales tax credits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
