Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable printing and IT solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client discussions to communicate value effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare competitive quotations and proposals, coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Sales experience in IT, office automation, printing, or a related industry is an advantage.
Strong sales track record with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
IT-savvy; own vehicle is preferred.
Customer-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.
