Role Overview
An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales opportunities and building relationships with customers. They primarily handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications to engage potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and promote relevant products or services.
What You Will Do
Meet or exceed weekly KPI’s and monthly and yearly sales quotas for your targeted geographic territory. Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to both new and existing customers.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
