Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will deploy multi-channel prospecting strategies and partner with Account Executives to build and advance quality opportunities for the Workday sales team. You will connect with potential customers, share Workday’s value, and uncover what matters most to each prospect and their organization.

Deploying multi-channel prospecting strategies, partnering with Account Executives, contacting potential customers, sharing Workday’s value, and uncovering prospects’ needs and organizational challenges.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional or industry-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 2+ years of professional or industry-related experience where a Bachelor’s degree is not present.
  • Experience in prospecting, inside sales, business development, marketing, direct sales, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari Groove, and ZoomInfo
  • SaaS sales experience
