Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RevOps Careers. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About RevOps Careers

RevOps Careers (“RevOps Careers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a job board platform specialising in Revenue Operations, go-to-market, and related roles. The platform is operated by Tigros Mark Tech SRL, a Romanian limited liability company, registered in Romania.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” means the revopscareers.com website and all its associated pages, features, and services.
• “Employer” means any individual, company, or organisation that purchases a job listing to advertise an open position.
• “Job Seeker” means any visitor who browses job listings or applies for positions through the Platform.
• “Listing” means a promoted job posting published on the Platform by an Employer.
• “User” means any person accessing or using the Platform, including Employers and Job Seekers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Platform. By using RevOps Careers, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse access to any user at our discretion.

4. Employer Terms

4.1 Posting Job Listings

By purchasing a job listing on RevOps Careers, you agree that:

• The listing describes a genuine, current open position at a real organisation.
• All information provided (job title, description, company name, location, compensation) is accurate and not misleading.
• You have the authority to post on behalf of the hiring company.
• The listing does not promote discriminatory, illegal, or deceptive hiring practices.
• You will not use job listings to collect personal data for purposes other than genuine recruitment.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms or does not meet our quality standards, without refund where a violation is involved.

4.2 Listing Duration and Visibility

Listing duration and distribution details are specified at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee a specific number of applications or a specific level of traffic to any listing.

4.3 Content Responsibility

Employers are solely responsible for the content of their listings. RevOps Careers acts as a publisher and is not a party to any employment relationship or hiring transaction between Employers and Job Seekers.

5. Job Seeker Terms

Job Seekers may browse and interact with listings free of charge. By using the Platform as a Job Seeker, you acknowledge that:

• Most listings link to an external application page operated by the Employer. RevOps Careers is not responsible for those pages or the hiring process that follows.
• Where a listing includes an employer email address, any application you send goes directly to the Employer. RevOps Careers does not review, store, or forward your application materials.
• RevOps Careers does not verify the accuracy of any job listing and makes no guarantee that a position is still open, accurately described, or that you will receive a response from the Employer.

6. Payments

All payments for job listings are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. RevOps Careers does not store your payment card details.

All prices are displayed at checkout. Purchases are confirmed by email. RevOps Careers reserves the right to change pricing at any time; price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Refunds

Refund requests submitted within 15 days of the purchase date will be reviewed and, if approved, processed via Stripe back to the original payment method. Requests made after 15 days will not be eligible for a refund, as the listing will have already received meaningful exposure on the Platform.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RevOps Careers to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior written permission
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person, company, or organisation
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any User who violates these provisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on RevOps Careers that is not submitted by Users — including the site design, logo, editorial content, and curation — is owned by or licensed to Tigros Mark Tech SRL and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

By submitting a job listing, you grant RevOps Careers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote the listing content on the Platform and through associated marketing channels (email newsletters, social media) for the duration of the listing.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, including employer application pages and external tools. These links are provided for convenience only. RevOps Careers has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Platform also integrates third-party analytics and marketing services (detailed in our Privacy Policy). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Job listings are accurate, complete, or up to date
• Any particular result (applications, hires, or traffic) will be achieved from a listing purchase

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tigros Mark Tech SRL, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or missed hiring opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Account Security

If you create an account on RevOps Careers, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Platform or any part of it. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required under our Refund Policy.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g. via a banner on the site or by email). Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
