Brighton Jones is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their team. The role involves facilitating the sales process, providing support to the team, and helping to achieve annual new families helped/revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for strategic business development.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required, Marketing or Business degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in sales, marketing, and/or sales operations support
  • Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivated/starter with the ability to work independently and inside of a team environment
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce & MS Suite
  • Experience interacting with external prospects and supporting internal teammates
