LocknCharge is a fast-growing international company looking to hire a key role in our Madison, WI office. We are looking for a smart and autonomous Sales Operations Analyst to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans. We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Revenue Operations Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end processes that impact revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

Job Overview:

Sales and Marketing Alignment:

  • Implement and manage a global standard way of working, utilizing systems to support and streamline processes across regions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and integration of processes.
  • Implement strategies to optimize lead management, ensuring efficient lead handoff and conversion, and pipeline tracking.
  • Works with marketing team for management of forms and tracking to ensure proper attribution and KPI’s.
  • Develop and implement sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify business goals.
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring of sales representatives.
  • Sales Training and enablement schedules, coordinating with marketing materials needed for enablement.

Data Management:

  • Oversee data hygiene and accuracy within CRM and other relevant systems.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools and integrations to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
  • Implement data enrichment and cleansing strategies to enhance the quality of customer information.
  • Ensures marketing and sales data’s accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity including lead/contact information, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
  • Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts, quotas, and territories.
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.

Sales & Marketing Process Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and optimize the lead processes, attribution models and marketing lead intake processes.
  • Work closely with leadership to implement process enhancements that drive revenue growth.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support decision-making across sales, finance, marketing and other key departments.
  • Create and provide reporting as needed to leadership and other key stake holders.
  • Report and evaluate ongoing sales team performance.
  • Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts.
  • Track long term sales data.

Technology Management:

  • Serve as primary Salesforce and HubSpot administrator, overseeing all aspects of the platform’s configuration, optimization and integrations. Work with outside vendors as needed for more advanced system work.
  • Manage and optimize the utilization of sales and marketing technology stack.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features in relevant platforms to leverage technological advancements.
  • Implement new technologies to ensure that sales and marketing departments are successful in achieving their goals, as well as training staff to use them.
  • Create and manage a governance to evaluate and prioritize key system change requests.
  • Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing and integrating new technologies into the Marketing and Sales tech stack.
  • Drive effective change management processes to implement improvements and ensure seamless transitions.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to revenue operations.

Process Documentation and Training:

  • Document and standardize revenue-related processes for scalability.
  • Provide training to teams on new processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Do regular system audits to find areas where training needs to be administered.
  • Sales Training and enablement schedules, coordinating with marketing for materials needed for enablement.
  • Train sales representatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in project management, organizational effectiveness, operations management, business management, finance, and accounting.
  • 4+ years managing CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process efficiency and optimization.
  • Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Salary Range- 70,000-80,000 based on experience. This hybrid position is based out of our Madison, WI office.
