Pfizer is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (M/W/D) Vaccines, Lyme borreliosis to be based in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational preparation and successful launch of the Lyme-Borreliosis vaccine in Germany.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Natural, or Health Sciences
- MBA or comparable further education an advantage
- Several years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing, preferably in vaccine field
- Proven experience in leading independent brands, including financial, strategic, and tactical planning and execution
- Proven experience in market and launch preparation of complex products (preferably vaccines), including Pre-Launch planning, positioning, and Go-to-Market strategies
- Outstanding strategic and analytical skills
- Good knowledge in forecasting, budget, and performance management
- Experience in cross-functional cooperation with Marketing, Medical, Access, Sales, Regulatory, and Legal, as well as cooperation with international stakeholders
- High implementation and project management competence
- Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Proven compliance and integrity understanding in the pharmaceutical environment
- High change readiness, stability, and ability to act safely in ambiguous and dynamic launch phases
