Business Development Lead

Join us as a Business Development Lead – Lighting Products. In this hands-on role, you will drive growth in our portfolio by building customer relationships, leading the pursuit-to-order process, and coordinating technical, financial, and negotiation strategies.

Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Aerospace industry experience with direct customer-facing engagement and product support, including managing client relationships.
  • Experience with Collins RLPM process
  • Experience with MS Office package
  • Knowledge of international contracting / contract reviews
