We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Measurement & Analytics team for a global fintech client. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and analytical problem-solving, along with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Analyze marketing and customer data to quantify the impact of marketing initiatives on revenue and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic insights to solve critical business problems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports using Tableau.
  • Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
  • Deliver insights that help optimize marketing strategies across channels, including spend allocation, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and lifecycle performance assessments.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve marketing ROI and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular validation and quality checks.
  • Stay current with industry trends in marketing analytics, attribution, and measurement methodologies.
