LendingMetrics is one of the UK’s leading providers of financial technology, working in partnership with both Experian and Equifax. We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK and Australia. We primarily supply services to UK clients, however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our team. The role of the Operations Assistant is extremely important to LendingMetrics and will be ideal for someone who is currently working as an Administrator or Assistant with a focus on facilitating and co-ordinating a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administration duties
• Be willing to chase, challenge and follow up on actions
• Working directly with the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager
• Providing monthly statistics
• Organising meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions
• Monitor and record KPI’s
• Responsible for data entry
• Overseeing company social media platforms
• Supporting with the administration and running of email campaigns
• Organising travel for the team

Key Skills, Competencies and Experience:

• Previous experience in an office administration role
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Someone who is proactive, organised and able to work to tight deadlines
• Great communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
