Senior Data Analyst for the Division of Strategic Operations & Analytics, responsible for managing impactful analytic projects and initiatives to support HPD’s mission to provide secure and safe affordable housing in New York City.

Requirements

• Lead in-depth analytic projects and use data storytelling to communicate insights that inform housing program performance and design
• Gather, prepare, and merge large datasets from disparate data systems to analyze agency programs
• Support data-driven program operations by providing technical assistance to program staff on using data-driven management tools
• Manage special projects that analyze complex programmatic, policy, and operational challenges related to HPD’s strategic preservation programs and initiatives
• Respond to data requests from programs, senior management, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and insightful analysis
