We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help us disseminate data to researchers who are studying ways to improve the quality and reduce the cost of care provided to chronically ill Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, public health, or a related field.
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably within the healthcare or government data sector.
- Strong skills in SQL and hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Working knowledge of SAS, R, Stata, Python, or SQL, especially for manipulating and examining large administrative health data files.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, or data issues that others might miss.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you’ll be working with both technical teams and policy-focused stakeholders.
