Byte Restaurant Coach is a mobile platform designed for streamlined restaurant operations. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can transform large-scale operational data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and scalable data products that directly improve restaurant performance.
Requirements
- Analyze large-scale operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for restaurant operators.
- Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar), ensuring queries, data models, and pipelines are optimized for performance, scalability, and growing data volume.
- Conduct correlation analysis, impact analysis, and structured investigations to understand root causes and quantify business impact.
- Collaborate with product, business, and operations stakeholders to define problems, align on metrics, and communicate insights clearly in English to drive decision-making.
- Take full ownership of analytical work — from problem framing and data preparation to insight generation and delivery — with a proactive, high-accountability mindset.
