We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Product & Engineering Operations team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth, enhance product performance, and improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Analyze complex datasets from Product, Engineering, and Marketing to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop predictive models to anticipate product adoption, customer behavior, and operational inefficiencies.
- Provide actionable insights independently to improve product features, customer satisfaction, and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and JIRA.
- Present findings through visually compelling reports and presentations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to minimize manual effort and enhance data accuracy.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Security teams to ensure alignment of metrics and reporting.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making across teams, supporting strategic initiatives.
- Work with the Operations team to identify gaps in data processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing data analytics best practices within the team.
