Requirements
- SQL Proficiency: Advanced ability to query complex databases, join disparate data sources (B2B and Consumer), and perform deep-dive behavioral analysis.
- Data Visualization: Expert-level experience in Power BI or Google Looker Studio to build automated dashboards, including funnel views, geospatial area comparisons, and operational KPI trackers.
- Previous exposure to Telecommunications, Fintech, or fast-paced digital service environments is a plus, but not required.
- A natural ability to connect dots between raw data points and real-world consumer behavior to suggest practical business improvements.
- An understanding of how customers move through different sales or renewal funnels, especially across multi-channel platforms.
- Comfortable working with evolving data sets and pivoting between high-level strategic studies and detailed operational reporting.
