Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study / qualification
- Very strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions
- Advanced Excel skills, particularly in formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau; basic knowledge of Python or R
- Advanced understanding of data structures, integration flows, relational database concepts, and modelling principles
- Strong analytical skills with a pronounced cause-and-effect mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and model evaluation, combined with strong business acumen and KPI understanding
- Ability to visualise insights clearly and present them effectively to diverse audiences
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially in working with Collections Operations
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
