We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst who will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- Education: B.E/B.Tech, MBA in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance or Banking.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data accuracy and integrity.
- Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit risk metrics, and regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics
