The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in a quantitative field, 3+ years of experience as a data/BI analyst, and expertise in advanced SQL and experimentation.
Requirements
- BS or MS in a quantitative field
- 3+ years as a data/BI analyst at a data-mature company
- Expertise in advanced SQL, experimentation and A/B testing, metric design, and BI-tool development (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Hex, Metabase)
- Ability to read and produce analytics artifacts: SQL queries, dashboards, experiment readouts, metric specs
- Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
