The Global Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and expanding strategic customer relationships, particularly in the fast-growing Data Center segment, as well as in adjacent markets such as Solar. This senior commercial role requires a blend of strategic account leadership, partner ecosystem management, and strong execution capabilities in a matrixed, international environment.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in B2B sales or Key Account Management within electrification, energy, infrastructure, industrial projects, or related sectors
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts through channel partners
  • Strong track record in complex, long-cycle deal environments
  • Experience in matrixed, international organizations
  • Strong knowledge of French and European markets; international exposure preferred
  • Mandatory experience in the Data Center market
  • Strategic account management & C-level relationship building
  • Channel- and partner-driven sales models
  • Complex negotiation and deal structuring
  • Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority
  • Solid commercial and financial acumen
  • Clear, impactful executive communication
  • Ability to balance standardization with customer-specific solutions
  • Credible, calm, and confident with senior stakeholders
  • Results-driven with strong execution focus
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
