Join a growing company as their Sales Manager and lead a high-performing sales team to drive measurable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets and quotas
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and activity expectations for all team members with regular performance reviews
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to strengthen sales skills and overall performance
  • Oversee onboarding process for new sales hires to ensure smooth transition and fast ramp-up
  • Deliver ongoing product, process, and communication training to maintain high performance standards
  • Work closely with Marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and lead generation efforts
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide accurate forecasts, sales insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor sales metrics and team performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Analyze pipeline data and develop action plans to optimize conversion at every stage
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions
