Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating and operating innovative consumer products. We’re looking for a Growth & CRO Specialist to help us improve our funnels, increase conversion, and drive retention.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, CRO, product, or a similar role (D2C/SaaS is a strong plus)
- Strong builder mindset – you don’t just suggest ideas, you create and test them
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. v0, Lovable, or similar) to build realistic product flows
- Solid understanding of product analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar)
- Ability to think in terms of funnels, user behavior, and conversion
- High attention to detail – you notice what others miss
- Strong ownership and drive – you push things forward without waiting for instructions
- Clear communication in English
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re curious, proactive, and motivated by building and improving real products
