Director of Performance Marketing – Growth & Paid media

Hyprwork is a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer brands in health and wellness. The Director of Performance Marketing owns paid acquisition, CRO, and retention strategy across Rejuvacare and the broader Hyprwork portfolio.

Requirements

  • Six to nine years in performance marketing with significant time in direct response environments.
  • Managed or contributed to budgets at eight-figure scale.
  • Strong Meta knowledge covering campaign architecture, creative strategy, audience systems, and platform volatility.
  • Native advertising depth across Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, or equivalent;
  • Strong Google expertise across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
  • Solid understanding of direct response principles and creative strategy;
  • Can sit next to a media buyer and solve a broken campaign.
  • Thinks in contribution margin, CAC payback periods, cohort behavior, and subscription mechanics.
  • Familiar with attribution tools such as Hyros, Triple Whale, GA4, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in CPA, LTV, Churn, MER, AOV, and CVR, and knows how to use them together to build diagnostic frameworks, not just dashboards.
