About the role:

As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be our revenue performance analyser, our funnel optimiser, our compensation calculator! You will be a partner to our high performing sales, marketing and CS teams and the go to person for data driven insights for how we can continuously improve!

As our Revenue Operations Specialist your mission will be to:

  1. Drive Efficiency and Optimize Processes: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS leaders, identify areas of improvement, and streamline the different funnels to increase efficiency and productivity.
  2. Implement Automation Tools and Analytics: Evaluate, benchmark, and manage tools while developing and delivering (dashboards, reports, presentations) to enable Sales, Marketing and CS teams to track activities consistently.
  3. Manage Sales Compensation: Develop and manage sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and motivation for sales team members.
  4. Leverage Business Insights for Growth: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for sales growth, optimize performance, improve decision-making, and drive revenue generation and business sustainability.
  5. Enhance Internal Processes: Proactively challenge, improve, and optimize existing internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity, while owning the operational mission.

As our Revenue Operations Specialist you will have:

  1. +3 years of experience in either sales operations, revenue operations or consulting
  2. Solid data analysis and Excel skillsIf you know SQL that would be a plus!
  3. Experience handling multiple topics at the same time and knowing how to prioritise them
