The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies in the Virology therapeutical area to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Responsible for sales and marketing of products in the assigned therapy area.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions and synthesize the insights gained to identify target segments and determine brand positioning.
- Guide the design and implementation of all marketing activities and ensure all functional deliverables are consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to Brand Story.
- Lead the development of marketing inputs to Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1-year Tactical Brand Plan and coordinate preparation of the Long Range Plan to drive brand success.
- Forecast, monitor brand KPIs, manage budget and brand P&L, track ROI measurements for all marketing activities in order to achieve or exceed brand plan objectives.
- Manage Brand projects locally.
- Provide clear feedback to the Manager, report and track progress with regards to planned and ongoing marketing campaigns.
