As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of revenue growth across a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients, combining account development with new business acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven business development or sales experience within pharma services
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, services, and industry dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing client accounts while winning new business
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness, including revenue targets, pipeline management, and growth metrics
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple clients, projects, and timelines
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely with technical experts and SMEs
  • Pharma industry experience (essential)
