Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will own and evolve the company’s Revenue Operating Model, aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and the C-suite around measurable revenue outcomes, and reimagine Rev Ops for the AI era.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational role within a fast-growth, venture-backed B2B Financial or SaaS startup.
  • Hands-on experience managing a modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, CPQ, Planhat, Intercom) as well as AI and BI tools.
  • Experience designing and enforcing commercial governance frameworks, pipeline standards, QBR frameworks, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting.
  • Executive communication skills with proven experience partnering with GTM leaders and presenting complex insights to C-suite executives.
  • An ownership mindset with the ability to think from first principles, iterate quickly, and work comfortably through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
