Delivery Hero is seeking a Manager, Growth Strategy – Quick Commerce to own QC Growth performance across markets, develop and execute growth strategies, and partner with local growth and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- 5+ Years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, strategy, consulting, or tech-driven business
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
- Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic 80/20 problem-solving approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus
